Banana Pancake

Oh yeah, I just love music. I want to use this spot to list some great bands and tracks I've been listening to. I'm generally I like to rock but I shake my booty all sorts of music. I'm not that picky or have much of an attitude towards anything..

Well, what can I say? This is my first post and I plan to write about my life and views as a young canadian born korean (CBK) guy. My parent immigrated from Korea and I grew up in Canada in small town in Ontario with a mainly Caucasian population. I'm a typical banana ... I speak only english, I don't eat rice all the time, and I feel the need to group together with other asians that much. I don't mind, I'm at one with my banana-ness.

It wasn't until recently that I started thinking about the dynamics of my korean background and my canadian life (or any ethnic background in a predominantly white country for that matter). How does society accept us, how do I view myself, and where will this trend move in the future?

I guess when I'm not discussing this, I'll just be shooting the shit a lot.
